Kevin Wenzel: About me
I am an experienced business leader with over two decades of driving growth and innovation across billion-dollar brands and agile, resource-constrained teams.
I began my career as an engineer at Ford. I led the design of their first electric power steering system, technology now found on nearly every passenger vehicle.
After earning an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, I began a brand management career at Procter & Gamble. Over 21 years, I led organizations to deliver category-leading results, design and launch breakthrough innovations, step-change the impact of marketing, and transform how teams work. I've also leveraged this experience as a board member for a mid-sized franchise-model home service provider.
My journey in AI began in my last year in P&G, where as VP of Strategic Growth Initiatives for one of the company's biggest business units, I prototyped numerous practical business applications and proved their business value with teams. I co-created and led training for over 800 P&G people across 10 sites in the US and Europe. That training has helped teams save hours per week, get to breakthrough insights, and solve the toughest challenges.
For over a decade, I've also engaged with future leaders at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business as a guest lecturer. I wrote multiple case studies linking academic concepts with my experience and consistently earned high evaluations.
After retiring from P&G, I founded Kevin Wenzel Consulting LLC to fuse:

- My hands-on experience in AI tools, and
- My ability to share knowledge and engage audiences
in an effort to help clients accelerate their own businesses.
